I'm James - a random dude in ICT (in progress, btw) at St. Joseph College SHS, who has zero experience with computers, but on software I have many ideas on how I troubleshoot software like Windows, Linux, etc., but I'm trying to learn it because I've never touched a single component on a computer, so my mission is to learn it all and improve my skills, so yeah, once again, I'm James.
